It’s been a minute since we’ve last posted. This is just a blog to update you on whats going on.
We just recently recorded the title track from our EP and posted some previews up on our facebook and myspace! So definitely check that out. The full song will be posted later this week.
As said before the plan is still going through, our EP will be released early 2011. The rest of the recording will take place very soon.

We have posted our first show on our myspace. The date is October 13th in Corbin Kentucky. The venue has still not been verified. Please come out and support!
We have our set almost completed! It sounds pretty raw. Hopefully you guys will enjoy it. We have a few shows planned out in the near future already. One being the battle of the bands as stated in a previous blog update. Remember we need your help to win the battle of the bands. We would love to play with The Chariot, Cancer Bats, and Stray From the Path.
That means COME OUT and see us please! Make this battle of the bands and Tuckers last show an amazing one. He needs your help to do this so please help him out.

Proud to announce that we have 3 songs and an intro completed. That means shows will be happening soon. We have been put on a battle of the bands in October. The winner of this said battle of the bands will have the final spot on the bill to play with The Chariot, Cancer Bats, and Stray From the Path. We would like nothing more than to be on this show. So please if we have any fans out there we encourage you to come to this show and vote for us! Today is our first practice back as a full band. We already have a few shows lined for our return in about a month or so. One will be in Lexington and I believe two might be in Manchester. We’re looking for some more shows in late September or October so if you want us to play any shows please hit us up. Thanks.
As you know our friends in Save The City have decided to call it quits. They actually have a few farewell shows coming up which we do believe you all should attend. But wait! This has led to another good thing. Zach Russell and Tyler Thomas has agreed to start playing in City Of Sirens as well. They both, as well as Brandon Johnson from this band are also doing another band called “Hitchhiker” which I believe can be found on myspace.
If you want to see Save The City one more time we advise you to visit their myspace page and check out the dates of their last shows.
Other than that, we will be practicing, recording, and getting ready for some shows right after Zach gets back from the beach.

We have decided to record a new song really soon. Within the month actually. We also plan to have shows to places that actually have distance rather than playing local shows all the time. THIS means that we NEED a following in Kentucky to be able to do this. So it would be so appreciated if anyone and everyone could help us out with this. Help us promote a bit! It’s been pretty rough lately. Money, food, and bills have been cutting away our ability to produce music and to prepare for shows. We are lacking one guitarist, but we have finally found a drummer. We are currently saving to record some more music for you guys but practicing is being a real bitch right now due to time, money, and equipment.
But nevertheless, we will be back in healthy condition soon enough. Thanks.
